We are a church that believes, preaches, and teaches the Bible, consisting of the 66 books, as the complete counsel of God. Following the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith, we are committed to promoting and upholding the Reformed faith, also known as ‘the doctrines of grace.’Our focus is on spreading the Reformed faith in our cities and towns, with the expectation that it will influence our villages.

Where to Find Us:
Grace Baptist Church – Eldoret is located in West Indies Estate, Block 6/505 in Eldoret town. We are less than 1Km away from the town centre. From the town centre towards Kitale, turn left at Uhuru Street. Go straight past Gulab Leisure Centre (Gulab Lochab Academy) gate. Come through to Kokwas Estate keeping left. Just before the Asian Cemetery stone wall, turn left on the murram/unpaved (dust) road. About two hundred meters ahead is Grace Baptist Church on your left. It is opposite Silver Spring Estate.
Our Outreach:
The church has and continues to put a lot of effort in outreach among the universities and colleges around Eldoret. University of Eldoret (UoE) has received the church’s prayer, attention and efforts. Bible discussions are held with students in the Halls of Residence. Several students come to church on Sundays, Bible study on Thursdays and to young people’s meetings dubbed ‘Table Talks’ every other month. Early 2019, the church admitted into membership six from UoE and one from Moi University main campus among others. Other institutions of higher learning where the church has often had opportunities of ministry include College of Health Sciences, School of Law, and Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC).

Bethesda Baptist Church – Tassia, Nairobi with Pastor Michael Otieno MauraWe have partnered with these two churches and formed Reformation Carried Forward by Kenyans (ReCFoK). We seek to encourage each other by leaders frequently meeting for reading the Scripture, prayer, and discussing ways of furthering the Reformed faith in Kenya and beyond. We hold Reformed Family Conferences annually on second week of December at Grace Baptist Church – Kisumu. In 2012 we began a training institute called Kisumu Reformed School of Theology (KReST) with about 25 students.
